No Returns or Exchanges: Typically, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items you purchase from us.

Defective Products: We're here to help if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For an exchange, the product must be unused and still have its label and tags attached. Used products or items with stains, body odor, or perfume scent won't qualify. After inspecting the item, we'll gladly offer you an exchange with an item of the same value or provide store credit for your future purchases.

Time Limit: If there’s a defect, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We allow exchanges within 1 week from the purchase date.

Shipping Charges: We don’t refund shipping and handling charges.

No Changes After Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, it can't be altered. If you want a different design or color, you'll need to place a new order on our website.
